Who We Are
We are an Ultrasound Research and Training Center, aiming to bring excellence to doctors through the theoretical basis and practical application of ultrasound. Our Advanced Training Program offers courses recognized by the Ministry of Education, and our Artificial Intelligence Research Program is supported by NVIDIA, one of the largest AI companies in the world.
Our History
Founded with the purpose of concentrating and disseminating knowledge in ultrasonography, the University of Ultrasound has acted with responsibility and innovation since its inception, both in the processes of scientific development and in the Advanced Training Program. Formed by a group of more than 60 highly specialized professors and the health technology startup MedDeck, the project covers various areas of medicine, such as radiology, dermatology, rheumatology, obstetrics, cardiology, internal medicine, among others.
Mission
Our mission is to expand with quality the impact of ultrasonography in the global medical community, through the use of high technology and teaching methodologies that integrate theory and practice.
Vision
Ultrasound is an imaging examination technique capable of diagnosing various diseases and significantly improving clinical precision, as well as the quality of life of countless patients. In this way, the University of Ultrasound aims to build an ecosystem around high-resolution ultrasound, with the intention of disseminating it with excellence, ethics, and social responsibility.
